Booking Policy
- Appointments can be booked through our Square Appointments system on the Booking page.
- Same-day bookings are available based on current schedule and location.
- All bookings require confirmation via email and/or phone.
Deposit & Payment
- Deposits may be required for bookings exceeding $500.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept all major payment methods.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service fee.
- No-shows forfeit 100% of payment.
- Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance.
Weather Policy
- Services may be postponed due to severe weather conditions.
- You will be notified immediately and offered an alternative date.
- No fees apply for weather-related postponements.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- We stand by our work. If you're unsatisfied with any service, contact us within 24 hours.
- We will address concerns and make it right.

Liability & Vehicle Care
- We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. Our team is trained and insured.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage from third parties, or acts of nature.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe parking and access to utilities.
Aftercare Instructions
- Detailed aftercare instructions are provided after each service.
- For ceramic coating: avoid washing for 7 days post-application.
- Use only pH-neutral car wash products to maintain results.
Pricing
- All prices are quoted before service begins.
- We do not price match. We provide quality that lasts.
- Add-on services will be discussed and approved before addition to your service.
