- Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Personal item removal may incur an additional fee.
- Trash & Large Items: Excessive trash, large items, or debris removal will result in additional charges. Please clear your vehicle of major clutter beforehand.

Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
This helps cover lost booking time and travel preparation already completed.
No-Show / Missed Appointment
If the client is not present or does not provide vehicle access at the scheduled appointment time, a $75 no-show fee will apply.
The appointment must be rebooked with a new deposit to secure another slot.
Rescheduling Policy
Reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $25 rebooking fee.
Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
Deposit Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
Deposits are transferable only if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Travel / Access Fees
Travel outside of our standard service radius (Worcester & Hartford and surrounding areas) may incur a travel fee based on distance.
Please confirm your exact location when booking to avoid additional charges.
Condition Disclosure
Excessive pet hair, stains, mold, sand, or biohazard cleanup not disclosed prior to booking may incur additional labor fees ($25–$75 depending on severity).
Accurate condition details help us quote and prepare correctly.
Preparation & Access
Please make sure your vehicle is unlocked, accessible, and keys are available at the appointment time.
Delays longer than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and a $25 inconvenience fee.
Weather / Safety Notice
If unsafe weather conditions prevent mobile service, GlossWorks will reschedule your appointment at no charge.

How long does detailing take?
Service duration varies: Interior Restoration (1-2 hours), Exterior Refresh (1-1.5 hours), Full Detail (2-3 hours), Paint Enhancement (2-4 hours).
Do you provide your own water and power?
Yes! We bring our own water supply and generator for a complete mobile service. Just ensure safe parking area access.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Worcester, Hartford, and all of New England. Travel fees may apply outside primary service areas.
